Advertising Policy

These policies apply to adverts and commercial content ("Advertising"), provided and/or purchased through the site (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), which is operated by Z-NTG s.r.o. and governs the nature and content of ads that are on the page allowed. The responsibility for complying with the respective state law applicable to the particular case, local standards, rules and customs, taking into account the age of the target group and the country in which the advertisement is displayed, lies with the advertiser. The advertiser acknowledges that failure to comply with these laws, standards and rules may have a variety of legal consequences, including the ability to remove the advert placed on the site and the obligation to pay damages.

An advertiser can be a natural person with the age over 18 years or a legal entity.

The display of the advert is charged at least 50$ per week, which concurrently is at least the amount of the budget for the given advertisment.

The great advantage of our advertising system is the absolute independence of the advertisement from the number of people displaying the ad and the clicks, due to the fact, that we display the advertisement according to the principles stated below. Thus, the advertiser does not have to worry about unfair practices of misuse of the advertising that would reduce his/her budget. In this way, we maximize the use of the budget for each ad.

The principle of displaying of the advertisement

The inverted value of the sum of all the relevant ad budgets for a given impression, multiplied by the specific ad's budget, will determine the probability P of its display. P is in the range from 0 to 1. The higher the P, the higher the probability of a specific advert being displayed. If an advertiser wants to increase the likelihood of a particular advert appearing, they can simply do so by increasing their budget. Of course, if a specific advertisement is the only relevant for displaying, the P is at its maximum value which also means one hundred percent certainty of the advert being displayed.

Placing an order for an advert

The order for the publication of the advertisement can be realized using the appropriate electronic form or via email (temporarily).

In order to fill in the order form correctly, it is necessary for the advertiser to fill in the fields of the order form marked as mandatory (i) name, surname, permanent residence, date of birth for a natural person, business name, registered office for a legal person (registration number of the company, identification number of VAT and the tax code is specified by a natural person and legal entity if it was assigned to them), (ii) the type of the advertisement, (iii) the duration of the advertisement, the budget, (iv) the email contact of the advertiser to which the operator will send him reports relating to the advertisement (in particular notifications of approval and disapproval of the advertisement and the order of payment), (v) The advertiser agrees to comply with these policies by clicking the "I agree to the advertising system policies" box. An advertiser of a political advertisement who is a natural person is obliged to express his consent to the publication of his personal data (name, surname and permanent residence) on the site before sending the order by clicking on the box "I agree to the publication of my personal data as an advertiser of political advertisement".

The order form is filled out correctly if the advertiser has filled in the required fields and has given the necessary approvals.

After filling in the order form correctly, the advertiser will send his order by clicking on the box "Mandatory order".

When placing an advertiser's order to place an advert on the page, each advert will be considered primarily in accordance with these policies. The operator has the right to decide whether the advertisement will be approved. This assessment process usually takes up to 24 hours, but the operator reserves the right to extend this period in justified cases. By the consideration text, images, placement and targeting of the advertisement are taken into account. In particular, an advertisement will not be approved if the content of the page to which the advertisement links is inoperative, is not related to the goods/services being advertised or the advertisement does not comply with these policies or does not comply with the laws of the country whose law is applied. The approval of the advertisement by the operator cannot be construed as an expression of the operator's consent to the content of the advertisement and/or to the opinions, services or products presented in the advertisement.

If the advertisement is approved, the operator will send the advertiser a notification of its approval and an order of payment for displaying the advertisement, stating payment details and a deadline for payment of the fee in the specified amount (hereinafter "order of payment").

If the advertisement has not been approved, the advertiser will receive a notification via email that the advert was disapproved. The advertiser then has the option to edit the advertisement and submit it for reconsideration. Details of why the ad was disapproved will be provided in the email.

The advertiser is obliged to pay the operator a fee for displaying the advertisement in a non-cash manner (by transfer or payment card) within the period and in the manner specified in the regulation for the payment of the fee. After the payment pursuant to the regulation for payments, the operator will start displaying the advertisement for the agreed period.

The advertiser is entitled to request the deactivation of the advertisement at any time during the validity of the order, but is not entitled to a refund. The advertiser acknowledges that the advertisement may be displayed for a certain period of time (up to 24 hours) after its deactivation.

The Operator is entitled to subsequently refuse, approve or decide to remove the advertisement for any reason, especially if he deems, in his sole discretion, that it is inconsistent with these policies, applicable national law which applies for the particular instance, local rules or standards or if the advertisement has or may have a negative impact on relationships with other business partners or is contrary to the interests of the operator or his advertising strategy. The paid sum or its aliquot part will be returned to the advertiser by non-cash transfer only to the account number from which the operator received the payment.

The advertiser will be provided with a report with the result of the advertising campaign. The operator is not responsible for the success of the advertising.

Each advertiser must have a separate account. The advertiser is responsible for maintaining the security of his account, which he uses for ordering purposes, and agrees to be charged through this account for all orders placed from or through this account. In the event that a third party places an order in the name and on behalf of the advertiser, the third party is obliged to prove to the operator the consent of the advertiser to place the advertisement. This third party is responsible for the advertiser's compliance with these policies and the third party agrees that if the advertiser, in the name and on behalf of which they place the order, violates these policies, they will be liable for the violation.

Unpermitted content

The advertisement must not violate the site's usage rules available here and these policies.

  • the content of the advertisement must not promote or encourage violence
  • the advertisement must not encourage or promote terrorist activities, hatred and xenophobia, trafficking in human beings and other criminal activities
  • the advertisement must not promote or encourage property crime
  • the advertisement must not promote or encourage illegal goods or services or activity. Ads that target minors may not contain goods or services that are inappropriate for their age or dangerous to them
  • the advertisement must not discriminate or promote discrimination based on attributes such as race, ethnicity, skin color, origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc
  • the advertisement must not promote the sale or use of any drugs, tobacco or smoking simulation products, weapons, explosives or ammunition
  • the advertisement must not show pornography and child pornography, sexual abuse, prostitution, escort services, nudity and sexual activity (sexually explicit advertising), except for artwork depicting nudity
  • the advertisement must not contain bullying or defamation, nor display content that infringes or threatens the rights of third parties, including copyright, intellectual property rights, personal rights, or proprietary rights
  • the advertisement must not infringe privacy or the protection of personal data
  • the advertisement must not contain cruelty or insensitivity towards animals
  • the advertisement must not be misleading and must not contain unfair commercial practices or circumvent generally binding legal regulations
  • the advertisement must not redirect the user to non-existent pages. This includes sites whose content prevents the user from leaving the site
  • the advertisement must not contain vulgarities and must be grammatically and stylistically correct
  • the advertisement must not contain spyware, malware or other similar software
  • the advertisement must not contain audio or video animations that run automatically without user intervention
  • the advertisement must not promote financial products and services that are often associated with misleading or fraudulent promotional practices

Advertisements that are subject to restrictions

An advertisement that promotes or mentions alcohol must comply with the law of the country applicable to the given case also with local standards, rules and customs, taking into account the age of the target group and the country in which the advertisement is displayed. The advertiser acknowledges that in some countries, the promotion of alcohol may be prohibited altogether.

The Advertiser acknowledges that the advertising of certain products or services (such as gambling, drugs, financial products and services, etc.) may be subject to additional restrictions under the laws of the respective states and may be subject to special permits and licenses.

Political advertisement

For the purposes of these policies, political advertisements include, but are not limited to, advertisements in support of parties or politicians, and any advertisements relating to political topics. Anyone can get information about political advertising about who paid for the political advertising (to the extent name, surname and permanent residence of natural persons or business name and registered office by legal entities).

Advertisers are entitled to display political advertising provided that they comply with all applicable state laws that apply to the given case and that such advertising is approved by the operator. The Operator is entitled to subsequently refuse, approve or decide to remove political advertising for any reason.

An advertiser that would like to display a political advert on the site is required to sign up for and verify his identity. Verification of identity will be done by submitting a scan of a valid identity document or a notarial and/or other official confirmation of the advertiser's identity. Political advertisements from advertisers without a verified identity will be blocked. It is forbidden to realize payment for political advertising from abroad and by a person other than the advertiser.


Advertising targeting must not be based on discriminatory criteria.

The operator has the exclusive right to decide on the size of the advertisement, its location and the place of its display and to change his choice at any time.

All features of the advertisement, including text, images, and other media, must be appropriate to the product or service being promoted and the audience for which the advertisement is targeted. The goods and services promoted in the text of the advert must correspond to those promoted by the relevant page to which the advert links, and the linked page of the advert may not offer or link to illegal goods or services.

The advertisement in regard to the user must not require his personal data, financial information, including account number, payment card number, identification numbers, information on health, political affiliation, religious and racial affiliation, sexual orientation, passwords for existing accounts, etc. without the prior written permission of the operator.

The advertiser must not use in the advertisement any intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark, patent, etc.) of the operator without the prior written consent of the operator. Advertising may not interfere with the rights of any person without their prior consent.

The advertisement must not create the impression of a property or personal connection between the advertisement and the operator.

At the moment the advertisement is displayed, it becomes public information and it may be shared by users of the page.

An advertiser who is a natural person consents to the processing of data provided in the section Ordering of an advertisement. The legal basis for the processing is the fulfillment of the rights and obligations that arise from the contractual relationship between the advertiser and the operator (ordering of the advertisement) and the legitimate interests of the operator. This data may be disclosed to third parties pursuant to the Terms and the Privacy Policy. These data will be archived for a period of 10 years, respectively, for a period determined by the relevant legislation. The operator is entitled to change these policies unilaterally at any time.
