Privacy Policy

This Policy sets out the conditions for the collection, use and protection of personal data, which the person concerned has voluntarily, directly provided or created through his/her activity on a website contactine.com (hereinafter referred to as "the site").

The Operator is Z-NTG s.r.o. The Operator ensures supervision over the correctness and legality of personal data processing through the person responsible for personal data protection. You can contact the person responsible for personal data protection via email.

This Policy covers the processing of personal data when using the services of the Operator, whereby the Operator's services are defined as

  • operation of a website contactine.com
  • registration and login of the user to the member account, administration of the member account
  • the possibility for the user to comment on his/her contacts (other users), there is an option not to allow comments for the contacts selected by the user
  • the possibility for the user to search for, retrieve and store contacts that he/she considers important), to administer contacts, and change the visibility of the contact. Possibility to add another user as important (Request-> Consideration-> Acceptance/Rejection)
  • the possibility to chat with other users (blocking messages from unwanted users is available)
  • displaying sponsored content (particularly advertisements) which may be interesting and useful to the user and which corresponds to his interests

The processing of personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC ("GDPR").

Scope of personal data processing

The Operator processes personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing. The scope of personal data processing is determined in the relevant legal regulations, or it is directly stated within the consent of the data subject if personal data are processed on the legal basis of the consent.

These are the following categories of personal data

  1. information and content provided by the user when registering the account, communicating through the account, and creating its content
    • individual - name, surname, nickname (optional), age (optional), sex, date of birth (optional)
    • company - name, business sector, number of employees, date of establishment (optional)
    • login details such as login name (e-mail) and password
    • profile photography (optional)
    • a concise description of yourself/the company
    • IP address
    • e-mail, phone number, course of education (schools and/or courses) course of employment
    • URL addresses of pages or subpages which, under his/her username (used on the given pages), the user has influenced in some way (created and/or modified their content), including his/her homepage
    • the username used on sites belonging to third parties
    • any data on religion, political opinion, health, ethnic and racial origin (including photography), philosophical beliefs, and trade union membership are covered by special protection
  2. information on the user's contacts (persons, companies) and their mutual communication
  3. information on the user's activities on the site, in particular information on the content the user is viewing, the actions the user will realize, and the time, duration, and frequency of those actions
  4. information about the user's transactions (only to the user's account, via PayPal or transfer, we send a symbolic financial reward for logging in at some interesting sites, eg 1, 100, 1000 times, etc.), especially payment data such as account number, billing, and contact information, menu
  5. information from devices, especially operating system, GPS position, IP address, types of applications, camera. The Operator obtains information from various devices, from which the user logs in to the site and can combine this information

Purpose of personal data processing and their legal basis

The purpose of personal data processing is primarily the provision of services to which the Operator is authorized and the fulfilment of related obligations. The purpose is also to select and customize advertisements and other sponsored content, verify accounts, site activities, prevent crime and other illegal activities, and marketing communications (newsletters) and non-marketing communications with users.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is

  • performance of the contract, the parties to which are the data subject as a user, and the Operator. The subject of the contract is the provision of services by the Operator, specified in this Policy above. The processing of personal data is necessary to meet the Terms of Use of the website by the Operator, security, and communication with the user
  • express the consent of the user, which can be revoked at any time. Based on the consent, the Operator processes a special category of personal data (such as photo, GPS position, camera, photos) and data that the Operator shares with third parties (advertisers)
  • the legitimate interests of the Operator, except in cases where the interests of the user or his/her fundamental rights and freedoms prevail over the interests of the Operator (eg minors, security, non-marketing communications, sharing information with public authorities to prevent wrongdoing and interference with rights). On this legal basis, the Operator processes personal data for marketing purposes in the form of online marketing and marketing communication (newsletter)
  • the purpose of personal data processing is also the fulfilment of obligations arising from special laws (eg on accounting, archiving, for statistical purposes)

Cookies

Cookies are small text files containing a unique identifier that is stored on a computer or mobile device so that they can be recognized when using a specific website or mobile application. Cookies may be stored by a website that you have visited or by another organization that provides services to this website, such as analytics companies, advertising agencies, or social networking platforms. Circle of recipients/intermediaries of personal data

The Operator provides certain activities through suppliers with whom it shares personal data. Depending on the circumstances, these may be carriers and forwarding companies, entities providing postal services, law offices, and auditors, IT service providers, advertisers, etc. The Operator is entitled to share information on the user's interaction with advertisements and other sponsored content with third parties.

If required by the legislation of the state applicable to the case, the Operator shall make personal data available to public authorities, including courts and law enforcement officers.

To the extent necessary, personal data will also be provided to third parties involved in ensuring the activities of the Operator.

The Operator's employees are bound by a duty of confidentiality and they process personal data only to the extent and in the manner that results from the performance of their job duties.

Contacts the user is in interaction with, share information on the content published by the user within the range (URL address and corresponding username, address, email, tel. number, education, work, or all contacts except those which the user has placed in the category of private) with third parties who use the site, as well as with other third parties who do not have a registered account on the site. Registered users can also use the site to share content about another registered user.

The Operator has access to personal data from applications and websites of third parties, the content of which the user shares on the site.

Cross-border transfer of personal data

Cross-border transfer of personal data is necessary for the provision of the Operator's services. When processing personal data, personal data is transferred to the Operator's partners to third countries outside the EEA and to persons to third countries outside the EEA, whom the user shares information on the content of his/her account with.

Time of personal data processing

Personal data is processed only for the time strictly necessary due to the purpose of their processing. The time of personal data processing depends on the purpose of the processing and is determined by the Operator or by legal regulations. If the legal basis for personal data processing is represented by the consent of the data subject, the Operator shall be entitled to process personal data, unless such consent is revoked. If the legal basis for the processing of personal data is a legitimate interest of the Operator, the Operator shall determine the appropriate processing time.

Rights of the data subject

The following rights can be exercised electronically by the data subject at email.

The right of access to personal data. The data subject shall have the right to receive confirmation from the Operator on whether his/her personal data are being processed and, if so, the right to obtain access to such data.

The right to rectification of incorrect or incomplete personal data.

The right to object to the processing of personal data if the personal data are processed based on the legitimate interests of the Operator.

The right to request a restriction on the scope of processing of personal data.

The right to have personal data erased, in particular, if (i) the personal data are no longer necessary concerning the purposes for which they are processed or (ii) the data subject withdraws consent on which the processing is based or (iii) the data subject has successfully objected to the personal data processing or (iv) there is unlawful processing of personal data. The data subject has the right to delete his/her account. Information shared about the data subject by third parties is not part of the data subject's account.

The right to personal data portability.

The right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data is contrary to the GDPR.
